The moment we look forward to all year is here, nominations for the 2026 Tees Valley EDI Awards are officially open. Now is your chance to put forward the people, projects and organisations advancing equality, diversity and inclusion across our region.
From quiet everyday champions to organisations reshaping whole communities, the EDI Awards exist to celebrate, recognise and empower the diverse communities of Tees Valley. If someone you know is making a real difference, this is your opportunity to make sure their work is seen, and celebrated on the night, on 16 October 2026 at the Walled Garden, Kirkleatham.
A platform to celebrate, recognise, and empower diverse communities across Tees Valley.
Why nominate?
A nomination is more than a form, it’s recognition. It tells someone their effort matters, shines a light on work that too often goes unseen, and inspires others to follow their lead. Finalists join a celebrated community of changemakers, gain regional profile, and share a truly memorable evening with hundreds of others who care about a fairer Tees Valley.
Who can you nominate?
Anyone across the Tees Valley making a positive impact on equality, diversity and inclusion, individuals, community groups, schools, businesses and public bodies alike. You can nominate someone else, or put your own organisation forward. It’s free, and it only takes a few minutes.
